PRoBE 2005 Conference

About the PRoBE Conference

The Second Scottish Conference for Postgraduate Researchers of the Built & Natural Environment (PRoBE) will take place at Glasgow Caledonian University, City Campus, Glasgow, Scotland on the 16th and 17th November 2005.

The main purpose of this joint Glasgow Caledonian University and the University of Strathclyde CIB Student Chapter supported conference is to provide an avenue for postgraduate researchers in academic institutions in Scotland, and beyond, to share and exchange research information and knowledge in the areas of the built & natural environment. It should also help to enhance research and presentation skills for up and coming researchers. Papers reporting work in progress are especially welcome. Papers should have well defined research aims and objectives, and discuss research strategy and methodological issues; whilst adhering to the particular Format Specification requirements of the Conference.

All postgraduate researchers from the U.K., abroad and particularly Universities with CIB supported Student Chapters are invited to submit papers jointly with their supervisors. The content of the paper can reflect any aspect of research in the built and natural environment. View Conference Themes. View Timetable for submission of abstracts and papers.
